Weird Loss of Power on Hill

I was pulling out of a very steep driveway today; maybe 60 degree incline. I'm leaving the restaurant, start the car and go. I went to step on the gas and the tachometer didn't move at all. I started to think the car would soon stall.

I know what everyone will say at first, but I've replaced my CKP sensors and IAC. It wasn't that feeling that the car stutters when idle. It was if the car was drive-by-wire and just not noticing the pedal was pushed in. It didn't feel like a misfire or stumble at all. The tachometer just didn't move. Then I let up and pushed the pedal again and it was suddenly normal again. No codes, I drove back hills the entire 10 miles home. No problems.

Any thoughts? I did wash my engine yesterday. But any time I do that, I wrap all the electrical connectors in plastic and electrical tape then use the leaf blower to dry. I drove the car after washing it, no problems.

No codes, going straight, didn't check transmission fluid. I definitely covered every connection. I even took off the beauty cover, covered and taped the MDM connections and then put the cover back on.

And why is there a question about turning? I think I may have a problem with my steering rack, but I wouldn't think that it could be related.

Since it happened right after an engine wash I would almost bet it is a one time hiccup related to the wash. I'd ignore it unless it happens again.

Transmission has nothing to do with it, if it was transmission the RPM would gone to the sky and the car would not moved.

    I would say TPS.
