Changing the oil pan gasket is a pretty big deal for these cars. (expensive). You have to remove the tranny or the engine to get to the bolts. Consequently it's in your best interest to determine exactly where the oil is coming from. The entire area should be cleaned then observed to determine the problem area. It could be loose bolts/fittings associated with the oil filter adapter and/or the oil cooler lines attached to the adapter. These problems are easily fixed. Main thing is to look for the easy fixes first. If it is the oil pan gasket and not too bad you could just live with it.
