    Oh boy...

I worked on a friend of a friends' car who did that. All the rubber seals started turning to goo.

He needed a new MC and calipers all around. And in your case, a new EBTCM as well.

Me and sub hit post at the same time.

1/100th of one ounce was 100% too much. The brake system is ruined.

.............. and I completely forgot about the EBTCM - Ouch !!!!!

So flushing the system is not good enough for about another 2 month's until I sell it and if I flush it n pedal goes back to normal will it hold until I could replace the entire system

Talk to a real, qualified ASE mechanic about BandAids.

In my experience, the damage is done and you're in the brake system overhaul business. If you try to patch it up and unload the car you're selling a dangerous time bomb.

so how bad could that be
your car is now a DEATH TRAP -
for anyone who drives it -
    and anyone/everyone around it -

PS fluid has destroyed every rubber component in the brake system -

it is going to cost BIG $$$$
to get the brake system back in working condition -

simply flushing and bleeding is NOT going to do it -

YOU NEED TO TAKE THE CAR TO A BRAKE SPECIALIST -
NOT A BACKYARD OR SHADETREE MECHANIC -

YOUR LIFE - AND THOSE AROUND YOU DEPEND ON IT -

NO - the damage is already done -
replacing each and every part that is rubber - or has a rubber seal -
    is the ONLY solution -

for about another 2 month's until I sell it
that car isn't safe to back out of the garage -
    much less drive -

if you decide to get rid of the car -
you MUST inform who ever buys it
of the DEADLY BRAKE PROBLEM -

SOMEONE'S LIFE IS IN YOUR HANDS -
if you sell the car in it's current condition - without FULL DISCLOSURE -
or just tell the potential buyer "there might be some kind of brake problem" -

YOU will have to live with the PROBABILITY
someone WILL be injured - or KILLED -
because YOU didn't want to lose some $$$

WE CAN NOT STRESS JUST HOW DANGEROUS THIS CAR IS TO DRIVE

DON'T DRIVE IT - AND DON'T LET ANYONE ELSE DRIVE IT -

    Ah, forgot to list hoses.

And ditto everyone else. A flush will do nothing, your braking system is TOAST!

Re: 99 STS - where is my brake fluid reservoir ?

The fluid does not travel through the lines. The P/S fluid is still in the reservoir. Why can't he simply replace the master cylinder and then flush the rest of the system.

he put 2 ounces of PS fluid in - a month ago -

that PS fluid HAS worked well past the master -

every bit of rubber the PS fluid has touched is destroyed -
    -----------------------

what would you do if that was your daughter's car -

swap the master - flush it - and keep your fingers crossed?

    I DON'T THINK SO -

Re: 99 STS - where is my brake fluid reservoir ?

Curiously enough, brake fluid "moves" throughout the system, not simply back and forth in the lines during brake application/release. It's a hydraulic system phenomenon, but the actual movement and migration is real and it happens.
