94 SLS - no HVAC blower, tried everything
Looking for if there's any possible, Smelt like electrical burning......then no blower, hooked up spare blower and it also wouldn't run, have 12v+ on the red wire to blower, good ground on black. the middle wire which i have read is the regulated power and should show 12v+ when the blower is off does show 12 when its off, or on low med or high it never changes, read that would be the ac programmer, so i replaced the programmer....still no change in voltage on middle pin. i even replaced the instrument cluster thinking maybe it was the heater controller. and yes i have checked the fuse in the trunk and the one under the hood, i even ohm'ed the middle pin of the blower out to the ac programmer to verify i had a connection,
im at a loss, tried to blowers, 2 ac programmers and 2 instrument clusters.
does anyone know what could be the cause? Cus im going nut and my wife is pregnant and id prefer she have ac in the hot months to come.. any help is greatly appreciated!

Programmers are pretty reliable. The blower overheated when it failed. Check the fuse as well as the electrical plug. They sometimes get burnt when the blower goes bad.
