    all-leather steering wheel question

Hi Folks, just in the process of buying a beautiful 2003 Seville STS. I have a quick question, maybe someone might be able to answer. My car happens to be equipped with the partial leather & wood steering wheel which I REALLY don't like. I just don't like wood steering wheels and want the all-leather wheel which was available from '98 thru '04. Here's my question. I've found a brand new '98 OEM Seville wheel that is 100% leather but I'm led to believe that it might not work in my car. Bear in mind, I'm taking about the steering wheel rim, not the center hub which will remain intact. Now I know that the wheel rim is exactly the same size, shape and since the hub will not change, I can't imagine why on earth this would not work.

Before spending the money and getting punched with a "gotcha" disappointment I was hoping to see if someone in this forum might be able to shed some definitive light on the question. Thank you in advance.

You'll need one from an '01-'05 Seville SLS or base Deville.

There's a seller on Ebay with several NOS steering wheels, in several colors.

    Re: all-leather steering wheel question

    From the ones I've seen, 03 is a 6 button wheel, 98 is a 4 button. Different.
Not sure if SLS & STS are different.
May fit only with 98 airbag & switches.
    You'll lose cruise control.
