Front end vibration at higher speeds

Hello. I have had this problem with my 2001 seville for a while now. At speeds above 60-65 mph, there is a very annoying vibration coming from the front end of the vehicle. It can be felt in the steering wheel, the seats, and even the gas pedal a little bit. Also, there is a vibration/shake when I let completely off the gas above 55 mph. It doesn't matter if it's in neutral or drive. It goes away if I get on the gas or put the brakes on. I recently got a new set of rims and new tires for the car. I had them mounted and then balanced on a machine. I was hoping this would cure the problem, but it remains the same. I really think it's something with the front end suspension, not with the wheels/tires because it has remained the same through 2 sets of wheels/tires. Any ideas? Thank you.

Well, I was looking underneath the car today and I noticed the ball joint boot is torn on both sides. The control arm bushings are in rough shape as well. Hopefully this is the cause of the problems I am having. I will keep you all posted for future reference.

There are threads currently running on the vibration problems here and in Deville. Also, some advice is in the Cadillac Tech Tips. Lots of small stuff to check, and the diagnosis is, admittedly, a gross PITA.
