1990 eldorado over heating and coolant boiling

hey all I am new here and I am having some problems with my 90 edlo. The car has just under 70k and I took it the other day to get emission and it over heated!! I thought that it may be the relay and I changed that but a couple hours later it went to 235 again. the coolant is boiling at about 235 or so, so I am going to change that out today it has a fairly new thermostat and a new coolant fan. the last idea I had was maybe the radiator cap, the coolant over flow always stays the same and is always at the same level. also I had the engine apart a few months ago and the water pump was good with no play. I had few problems with the car getting hot in the past that's y it has a new thermostat and new fans. I am out of ideas any got any suggestions please.

Pull off the grill and check if the driverside of the condenser is covered with dirty grease. Mine was running hot until I discovered this.

I'd try the cap first. If it can't hold pressure, it's gonna boil at a lower temperature.

When you say "the coolant over flow always stays the same and is always at the same level," do you mean even when the engine is cold?
