I'm paranoid after hearing all of these head gasket stories

"96 and later use Dex-Cool. There are no sealants in Dex-Cool. You still should use the tabs. They are preventative only, incase of a porous casting or an imperfect mating surface that the gasket may seep.

Man I did not even know that I never put those in my 94 and I know my dad didn't maybe the mechanic puts them in ? If not where do I purchase these ?

Guys I don't think this is a good idea to put these in because if you keep putting them in the build up and could clog the cooling system.
