    $3500 to $4000 TOPS -
    HATE the wheels and tires -
    and I would remove the $4 AutoZone "Presidential" plastic emblems -

    Could that possibly be factory?
    If not, someone went through a lot of trouble to embroider the seats to match the emblems.
    And why Arizona Presidential? Shouldn't it be D.C. Presidential?

    It the front 2/3 of the top painted white?... that would remind me of a highway patrol car
    ... a real odd combination of customizations

    Some after market trim packages do have embroidery or two tone upholstery, but they're usually cheap, after market leather kits.

    This car kind of looks like everything was added more recently.
