AC Compressor Won't kick on from console, only by short

95 Seville STS, had AC Compressor rebuilt, new drier, orifice tube, installed on my own, had system evacuated and charged. Holds Freon, no leaks. AC won’t kick on unless you short the the relay. Any advice what to do to have the system turn on from cabin control control module?

Go to the top of the Eldorado/Seville page, and read the "sticky" thread on how to pull codes. List any codes you may find, AND THEIR DEFINITIONS, here (there's a link within the sticky with definitions).

Did they clear the low refrigerant code when they recharged it or did they jumper the clutch? If they didn't clear the code, the compressor will not come on line.
