Dealers are in business to make money, not lose. Everyone has the option to sell their own car.

Re: 98 Eldorado gas filler neck

well I been looking at the CTS for a month now and can't pulled the trigger. My main problem is when I hit that CTS at the bottom of the on ramp I swear it is going to blow up with the High RPM, it redlines almost instantly. I guess that's the difference between the Northstar 8 and a 6 cyl. Otherwise the CTS is beautiful. I didn't find it cramped which is a common complaint. I am just scared I will blow it up in a week.

Now I have a sticking brake caliper passenger side, well at least I think that's what it is with the smoke and the smell. Call me crazy but I think I am going to dump a couple of grand into it and keep it. I just can't spend $22k on a 2010 CTS when I like the 15 year old Eldorado performance.

Well all of the problems you are having are typical of older cars and spending a couple grand on it is a lot cheaper then that $22K you were going to spend on a CTS. Which eventually will have problems too.
