98 Seville, electric plugs behind lower center console unhooked?

I was diagnosing why my 12v receptacle in the front was not working and found that it was unplugged from the socket.

With it were two other electrical plugs not hooked to anything.

I was upside down in the dash for an hour looking for where they go but found nothing.

My heater doesn't change temp from driver/pass side correctly and my radio and climate control buttons do not light up. The screens work but the buttons themselves should be lighted I assume.

At any rate, here is a picture of the plugs for reference.

    Any idea where they go?

Provisions for the smokers package. If equipped, there would be an ash tray and lighter in the compartment under the radio/HVAC controls.
