Is it a bad ground - 1992 Eldorado electrical problems

I have a 92 Eldorado. when I turn on my lights the door chime comes on and stays on. I have no reverse lights, my power antenna does not work, my power trunk motor does not work and my passager side turn signal light is brighter then the other so is the brake light. And sometime I am not getting enough power to the engine. Is this the result of a bad ground wire? if so, where do I start looking to correct the problem? Thanks

I have a 92 Eldo and I don't think I've ever noticed a door chime. When I turn the key off and the headlights are on I get a warning chime then. As far as the other problems, I don't know about that.

Hey, in your owners manual towards the back, there is a detailed list of what each fuse under the hood and in the trunk compartment do, check the list and see if anything adds up, you may have a blown or corroded fuse, but it certainly could be a ground issue too, but I'd recommend first check the fuses.
