You need to get under the dash and see exactly where the water is dripping from. Sounds like maybe a crack in the HVAC housing of some sort. Water should flow to the drain tube.

It was coming from behind the blower motor i think but also it sounded like there was water swishing around in the blower motor unfortunately i can't run the a/c cause its about 8 degrees in Minnesota right now where do you think it would crack at inside the area where the drAin tube goes out by the evaporatOr connection in the car?

If you can hear water sloshing around in the HVAC stack when the A/C is running in humid weather and the drain fitting is dripping slowly, there's a clog in there. The HVAC will condense a rather impressive amount of water under some conditions (cool, humid days) - get the car up on a hoist and clean out the fitting using a large fuzzy pipe cleaner from a hobby/craft shop.

If you hear water sloshing, it stands to reason that the bottom of the drain pan is not cracked --- but if the drain is restricted it will overflow and cause your observed damage.
