Okay. So at any rate, whether or not I choose to replace the alternator I will have to remove it. This means that I have to dump out the coolant from the radiator, remove the cooling fans, and then jimmy it out? I have a parts car right by where I live, do you guys think that I should buy that alternator? Or should I just replace the regulator?

Interesting. I never new that. I've seen mine at 15.1 many times. Come to think of it, I could swear I saw a 15.2, but I could be wrong.

My alternator put out 16.4 volts UNTIL TODAY when it decided to ONLY put out 10.2 volts... So now I HAVE to fix it.
