If my key is lost what are my options? bypass security? 1995 eldorado

If my key is lost what are my options? bypass security?

I was volunteering at church yesterday and i seemed to have either lost or misplaced my keys (these things never come out my pocket they were on a lanyard) but they did and knowing the area i live in someone has picked them up for the keeping...

this car being an old 1995 eldorado does anyone know if a key can still be cut for it?
or do i have to rig up a remote start and bypass security?

Im hoping ive just misplaced them though I dont care about ripping the ignition apart I have no plans of ever selling this car Id pass it down before that...

Go to a dealer with your VIN and proof of ownership. They can cut a new key for you.

Don't let them overcharge you. If they tell you it's going to cost anything over ~$30, walk out, and go to a Chevy dealer. They can cut you a key from the VIN too, it just won't have the Cadillac crest on it.

I was walking from the corner store and passed in front of my house thinking about my lost key and glanced over and saw something glistening in the sunlight lo and behold it was my key! I would have never been able to see it from my doorstep as it was between the sidewalk and grass...

Lol...I just finished putting a starter on I also stopped by the salvage yard for some replacement hoses (The plastic oil hose i broke due to cold weather and haste) while there i saw another '95 eldo with a 3 way hose connected to the top of the throttle body i just installed it on mines the same way...now this things starts up like a Cadillac! :-) seems to idle better and quieter...when i bought the car some nut had 2 of the 3 holes on top of the throttle body stuffed with paper towel and plugged with a rubber caps and jb weld and one makeshift rubber hose going to thingy behind the accelerate/cruise control lines...all in all everything seems fine now...
