Re: need help with door panel removal 4 screws out

I don't think that comes off with the door panel. It appears to be part of #3.

Can't speak for the Seville, but on the Deville, the panel is removed by sliding it straight up.

That piece has nothing to do with it. With the screws removed, and all of the plastic push rivets popped, the panel should lift out. The only things left to do, is to move it away from the door slightly, and disconnect the electrical connectors, and the cable to the door handle.

there are a bunch of plastic trim retainers along the bottom and sides of the door panel -
they need to be pried out -
once they are all released - then - with the window rolled down -
push up on the panel to remove it from the door -

once the door panel is removed - there is a plastic weather shield held in with plastic "pop-rivets" -
if I remember correctly - you push the center pin of the rivet in to release it -

Re: need help with door panel removal 4 screws out

tx guys, i can add taking the door panels off to my list, jimD was def right its a dam task in a half to get those turn signals in your mirrors, started with the driver side (cause i like doing the hard part first) had the dam thing installed and all wired up, got ground from the heater wire that was easy and convenient enuff, tapped the other wire into the signals fired the B up and id say about half the leds lit up nice while the others were faded, u dont even know how red i got! can these companys ever ship something out that flippin works???

maybe a voltage problem?? not sure i just emailed them, i think a multimeter would be a good investment already added alot of goodies to my tool box with this tedious project
