    2001 Eldo PCM 0420

over the last 2 years I have been getting SES light on my 2001 Eldo with 64,000 miles.

I have had mechanics do the following:
    12-31-10 - Install Catalytic Converter
    1-6-12 - Install All 3 O2 Sensors
1-20-12 - Install Catalytic Converter (Warranty)
4-6-12 - Install Intake Manifold Seals and Throttle Bod Seal
    5-7-12 - Install Intake Coupling
    5-10-12 - New air filter
    6-21-12 - Install bank / sensor 2

I have talked to a GM dealer and multiple other mechanics and they cannot find another catalytic converter with their vendors. I was told to go to Meineke or a Midus muffler shop. Should I upgrade to a Magnaflow converter and do it myself?

Does anyone have any ideas? I will not be able to pass emissions with this problem.

These cars do NOT like after market cats. Get a high quality, direct fit cat (Walker exhaust makes some nice replacements), and get the California emissions version (Cali emissions cats have more precious metals in them than federal emissions cats....They're more efficient).
