95 STS - Twilight Switch and Window Switch not working

My twilight switch isn't working correctly, with it turned off (slide all the way to the left) , everything operates fine, with it turned on (any position not absolute left) my headlights and interior dash lights dim in and out continously as if there is a short. The only trouble code relating to this that I have in history is:
I022 - Panel Dimming Switch Pot Circuit

The dimmer actually works perfectly with the twilight slider all the way off. Is this a true slider pot in which de-oxit may help improve the connection?

Also, my driver's side rear window will not roll down, no codes about that of course. Motor or switch a common failure point on these vehicles?

    Thanks guys.

Can't answer your dimmer question with any certainty, but I'd give Deoxit a try. Kind of sounds like that's where your problem lies.

Does the rear window not work from both the drivers and the rear seat position? If it works from one, but not the other, then it has to be the switch. If not, then look beyond the switches.
