    As dumb as it sounds, there's also a cigarette lighter fuse (??? and relay ???) in the secondary fuse box under the rear seat pad, driver's side. (The battery is on the other side)

    Nothing about these cars surprises me anymore. Thanks for the info. I wonder now if they looked at that when I had them try to fix the problem. Appreciate the help.
