    Problem with battery

    I bought new battery nearly 2 years ago and now hold just 2 days and is dead if I not use a car.
    Probobly take some power,How to check that?On battery multimiter check?How many amp is normal?

    Charge it up, then have it load tested. Cable lugs corrode.

    Might also pull the DTC's and check for a power drain with the car off.

    You might just have bad battery. Unhook it at home and check after couple days. may just not be holding a charge. You need to see it holding at least 12 volts after sitting for a day or so.

    I'm with rodnok on this one -
    charge the battery - let it sit a couple hours - then check the voltage -
    after a couple days - check the voltage again -
    that will tell you if you have a battery problem or something draining the battery

    Today I check what What draining battery,I done multimeter test on my + battery and showing 1amp when everthing is off,when I removed radio fuse go down to 0.75amp.
    It is too much.....Something start draining the battery.
    I remove my cluster(was burn) and waiting for other one(I can't find for my car made in mexico)so I don't have any display on cluster and DIC.

    ok,I checked all fuse and problem was on seats.My seat buttom was all the time on.Now is fine,thanx for help.

    Hi
    I think again somethink draining my battery.I removed + and put multimiter to check.I not sure is ok but multimiter show me 0.40 and after 2 min going down to 0.01.
    That is normal?I think first 2 min after locked door show mi 0.40 becouse power door.

    A doorbell? Couldn't someone just knock on your window to get your attention?

    The bell in your car is actually a physical bell and striker, somewhere near the glovebox. I'm not sure exactly where, but I'd start by removing the glove box (liner).
