Nice pic on the Salt Flats. I hope you cleaned it well after that. I took a rented mustang convertible out there in '95 and let it rip. The wheel wells were caked with salt when we were done. Did you get it up to 150?

Also, like the wood Eldo wheel on your STS. I had a Carbon Fiber wheel custom made for my Aztec.

The wood on the White Collector dash is different than the other Eldos and they didn't put wood wheels on them from the factory. I had my Carbon wheel made by B&I. If you send them a wheel they will make whatever you want (10 woods & 7 other finishes).

I believe the Eldos/Sevilles have the Rosewood & the Collectors have Bronze Burlwood or Natural Birdseye. I bought a cheap junkyard wheel to send them so the car wasn't layed up for weeks.

Well, since you asked, my 2001 Eldorado ETC
Here's my 2002 Eldorado ETC Collector's Edition
Love them both!
Check into the steering wheels on the page I posted. Came out nice. I chose black fiber but the black carbon may match better. Buy a cheap black yard wheel, don't send your original.

Story telling mood - here's my Seville -

We have gone through so many things together.
This was the first day I got her out of that used car lot.

Had ~76,500 miles when I bought her.

Soon reached 77,777 miles-

I liked her so much I bought her a new toy-

And I got her new shoes and went for a road trip.

She didn't complain until it hit 88,888 miles.

She said she had a fever and she started drinking some coolant.

Her fever was cured, I got her a new set of wheels and went for a road trip again.

A set of Ranger's rods

....and then the transmission quit.

~5,000 miles after studding / ~2,000 miles after transmission replacement. She is running just fine again- and getting some fancy add-ons:

Factory fog lights

Ambient lighting, just like the one in the newer SRXs

Currently have around 94,500 miles and can't wait to hit 100k miles.

Thanks, as much as the car gives me headaches, I love everything she has to offer. What an amazing Cadillac a 20 year old can have. Totally satisfied.
I know the feeling man. There isn't a car in the world I wanted (and now want) more than a Seville. I can't wait to be behind the wheel of one again. It's going to be the best feeling in the entire world.
