If Crutchfield doesn't have it you're likely SOL, athough you might check over in the audio forums for a second opinion. Also, be very careful with wiring if you replace the stock HU with aftermarket. Screw up the data lines and you'll be seeing the SES light and a collection of other issues. Lots of horror stories here on aftermarket installs gone bad.

There is a kit, but I don't know who makes it offhand.
Perhaps Metra?

Are you asking because something went wrong with your radio, or are you looking for something better. I love the Caddy Bose Radio. And the radio and speakers were customized for the interior of your Eldo, so I hope you're not changing it because you're looking for something better. When I played my Bose Radio, people thought that I upgraded the radio. I said, yeah it was upgraded, by Cadillac - to a great radio. This is at least a $1,000 Option, so I would stick with it if you don't have problems. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".
Also, I agree with other posters. If you're not highly skilled at changing radios, you are looking for some serious problems that many people who attempted this could not overcome. Once the damage is done, there's no turning back. This is a highly computerized car and the radio is wired through those computers.
