    No Air From Vents

    I have a 1992 sts, and the vents refuse to open! the blower kicks on, you can feel a lil bit of heat seeping from the passenger side defrost. but thats it. no open vents on any setting...

    Defrost is the default mode in case of a vacuum leak (mode doors are vacuum controlled) so you should at least have full air from there. If the blower is working, but no air from anywhere in the car, then I would guess that the HVAC housing on the firewall has gotten brittle and developed a crack or hole and all your air is escaping under the hood. Somewhat common on older cars.
