if that is what your talking about I just had to order some they are dealer only parts and for my 99 DeVille the one that pipes into the surge tank was $56 and the other was $45 my dealer gives me a slight discount but that should give you a general idea.
Edit: I assumed this was a NorthStar. my bad... I'm not real privy to how the 4.X motors are set up but I think they have the same kind of pipes. |

I did them on my 99 DeVille I had to disconnect the rear motor mount as well as the front two dog bones, and tilt the motor forward. |

If we are talking about the heater pipes that run along the rear head, yes that's how you will have to do it. There's not much room back there. They really shoe horned these engines in. |
