At the end of the module readouts there should be an option "clear codes?". Go back to the code thread and read up on which button(s) to push and for how long to remove codes from the list.
P codes are PCM (ECM) and powertrain.
Also, after the car's systems settle down you might want to begin keeping a monthly log (once a month) of codes set. Most come and go like the wind - a History code will disappear after 40 or 50 start-run cycles during which a fault for that code is not set. If you live in an emissions test area, do not clear codes for two weeks prior to a test - it takes that long for the system to settle and present the test set with a "ready" code. If it sends a "not ready" you fail and have to come back again.
Many threads on this one - here and in Northstar Performance. Basically you remove the transmission pan and valve body and replace the shift solenoids with a GM kit. Hope you never get the code which translates to "TCC stuck off".
