Thumbs up Anyone want 93-97 Seville/Eldo Eibach lowering springs? I found them.

I researched for about a week and finally located Eibach lowering springs (which are out of production). This is the Eibach Pro Kit which fits both the 93-97 Seville and the 93-97 Eldorado. These springs lower the car 1" front and back.

Quote:
They are designed to properly and safely lower your vehicles' center of gravity through the use of proprietary progressive spring rates reducing squat during acceleration, body roll in the turns, and nose dive under braking. - Eibach
Here's the deal. They're not in the USA. They're overseas; however, I have gotten a USA company to order a shipment. This will take about thirty (30) days to arrive. I'm not sure how many they ordered. So after I get mine, assuming it all works out well, I will post a link to my source. I also ordered a Pro-Alignment kit from Eibach. They're "in stock" but my order required a "special order". Not essential, but allows for finer tuning. Subscribe to this thread if interested. It will probably be forty (40) days before I post the link.

What's the part numbers. I wonder if they will work for the 2002 STS.

I found some for the Deville, but I don't know if they are the same or not...

Part# 3809.14

Apparently it's the same number as another one which does not work on the 93-97. That just might be a mix-up at the company though. Not sure if there really is another kit with that same part number.

Eibach apparently only made the springs up to 1999 Seville models. Does your '02 not have the magnetic suspension -- MagneRide (F55)? If so, you probably don't want to lower it. I wish I had good news for you.

Do these springs make the ride more stiff?

I'm sure they do. You can read reviews by Googling "Eibach spring reviews". Tire Rack has a good review section as well. Google "Eibach spring review Tire Rack".
