IPC problems

I have taken my 97 seville in several times to fix what the dealership has ruined, i just had the starter replace at a goodyear place. Three months later the service light came on so I took it to the dealership. After having the car stall out twice on the way back from the dealership after cadillac servicing I took it back the next day and they say that the ipc needs to be repaired and the ignition module needs to be replaced and we have already put thousands of dollars for repairs on this car which is worth less then how much we have paid to repair it.

Any Suggestion of what to do or what any of this means?

Have you pulled your DTC's - Diagnostic Trouble Codes - from the car's built-in system ? It's already in the car - you don't need a scanner. read the sticky at the top of this main page on "How to pull codes". You want the link with "obd2" - OnBoard Diagnostics II - in the URL. Then go back to the link to find out what each 5-character code means.

Way too little information here.
All we know is that you hate dealers, some light came on, and goodyear put a starteron the car.

Why do they say the IPC needs replaced?
Why do they say the Ignition module needs replaced?

How long have these problems been going on?
"Service...." what? You mean the service engine soon light?
What codes?
etc. etc.
