What is the perfect transmission fluid change?

Pup, Take your car to a GM dealer and have them do a Spring Special transmission fluid change. Don't sweat whether they do a change, flush, septic tank pumpout, or whatever. If you have the $$$ have them install the new DEXRON-VI synthetic.

Shifting from P to D and/or R to D should produce a very satisfactory "thhhump".

iv called the dealers and have asked them what the price ont here spring special tranny flush is they say there is no souch thing only special they have are the good wrench oil change specials so i dont understand why they say that
the only thing they said they do is the Flush for 149.99
is that what i should get ?

I didn't say "flush". I said "transmission fluid change". How they do it is not your problem. Save a few bucks for a month or so and have them do it - if that's your intention. If the freight is $149.99 + shop/disposal fees, so be it. You'll have a clean transmission and someone to fall back on if you're not satisfied.

the dealer offers two service they say than can do a Flush or they can do a service with draining the fluid and replacing the filter wich is the same thing my mechanic would have doen and he woudl have me 50 for his time and i would have brougth in the fluid that i want to have used so i would get the syntheic fluid that GM would use and he would suply the filter screan so
im confused what should i do
