    Question '79 Eldorado Engines

Has anyone heard of or replaced the Olds 350 V8, with a larger cu.in. engine on 325 transaxel?

Can a 425, work with the 325 tranny? Engine mounts? larger front springs?

    Just wondering!

If that tranny has the BOP (Buick, Olds, Pontiac.....some people even throw a C into that,.....BOP-C.....for Cadillac) bolt pattern, the 425, 472 and the 500 will all bolt up. The real question is......Will the tranny stand up to the torque of these motors? That question I can't answer. I don't know anything about the TH325.
