Steering Stiff After Travelling At High Rates of Speed

for years now, my steering is stiff whenever i get off the freeway...usu after travelling for a little while on a relatively straight path. Then I get on the offramp and when I turn, the steering is tight and then suddenly loosens to it's regular smoothness. The dealer found nothing wrong. any clues?

No, Its actually the Magnasteer system. The car is MEANT to do that!! Its so when you hit a bumb on the highway your wheel doesnt jolt and you loose control. All the newer caddies have it.

hmmm, well my car is a 94, but i'm betting if it's not magnasteer, it's something similar. shoot, if the shop can't find anything and my car rides right over the bumps, we're golden. it's good to be the caddy.
