Need help with Parts

I have a 1995 SLS Seville with 150,000. the code were reading rear and front oxygen sensors.
Now it reads PO95 stall and will not start. I have the service manuals and will be working on tracing the issue next week. I'm looking to do some work on it and was hoping someone could recommend what brand of sensors to purchase for quality and value. Also brand of brake pads to purchase for the best value and also, will be replacing plugs and wires and was looking for the best bang for the buck on these items. Any suggestions.

The forums states over and over again stay with AC Delco plugs and wires. RockAuto.com has great prices on them. For something as cheap as a spark plug, I'd pay the extra $1 for the stock ones. I did my 98 plugs about 2 years ago with AC Delco's from RockAuto and have gone 40,000 more miles without a hiccup at all.
