STS 01 sunroof leak

I have a sunroof that leaks. I understand the drain tubes may be plugged. I can see the front corner holes, but am unable to figure out how to access the rear holes. Any Help? Also where do the rear tubes drain to? Can you access the end of the rear tubes? Thanks.

I think the rears run down the "C" pillar, through the trunk and then out the bottom.
