My service shop lost my wheel lock key and drilled out the locks on my 1984 Eldorado convertible.

Anyone know where I can obtain new wheel locks and the key. McGuard says they do not have them.

The locks were supplied by at least 2 vendors in those years, never mcGuard. If it were mine, I'd replace the bolts with button head allen bolts that are the same thread as the "spider" that secures with the lug nuts, then carry allen wrenchs in the car in 2 places.
