i have the same problem with the rear right wheel, but i have work with a friend last weekend 3 hours and the problem was finished.

sorry for my bad english, i live in vienna!!!

i pull out the two nuckles and decompose it, then i see does the plastic envelop is broken of both.

we made new tight-lipped from brass and fit it to the ball then we welded them back together and the problem was solved.

What did you weld? The new brass bushing to the knuckle casting?? Any photos, sure would help. Also - keep us posted on how it performs after a while on the road. K_C
