C'mon guys cut him some slack. It's the holidays. I remember before I retired that was the only real time available to get real quality time with family. Seemed like its the only time everyone forgives you for dropping off the grid completely for a couple weeks.

It started with me (the original concept) and went through another, then here... who's next? It's not worth it. This guy has gotten pretty far though. It's the mass-production part that may cost.

The thing is there seems to be a demand (rather small and specialized) but still a demand for the thing. The OP sent me an email and said they were done, now he has not PM back or posted here. If they are done, they're done, if not just day so. I work on race cars. I could easily make one of these things but I would rather buy one and not spend the time. The mesh is the same stuff we use on race cars (probably where the high end car companies got the idea in the first place). We build entire race car bodies out of steal, I think I can build a frame the shape of the grill. If we don't hear back soon I'll start working on it. Something may have come up, but he said he had several made so I would think he would want to move them to recoupe his investment and make a few bucks.
