Air mix door

My passenger side ac has been acting up lately and by searching I have found that this air mix door is probably the problem I checked the codes and it was confirmed by the car. How difficult is it to take apart the dash on the passenger side and where the hell am i supposed to find that part?

there is a great post for this at www.caddyinfo.com i cannot find the link at the moment, but it has pictures and everything. you have to remove the glove box, which is not all that difficult.

No need to remove the dash. Just the glove box and the lower sound insulator panel. Run the temp up and down and see which of the two actuators is not moving. One is visible from below and the other through the removed glove box opening.
