Crimson Pearl Paint Code

I have a 1998 STS. Can anyone tell me the paint code for Crimson Pearl for that year. I can't find it anywhere on the car.

Open the trunk and pull up the spare tire cover. The paint codes are underneath the cover on the bottom after all of the option codes.

On the options sticker you should see, after all the 3 letter/digit option codes, something like BC/CC......U379E.......155 (this is for 2002). BC/CC refers to a 3-part system using basecoat/tint/clearcoat. U379E is the GM/universal paint code (you'll never find it except at a GM dealer), and 155 is the RPO code. (look for RPO in the Forums search)(BTW, Crimson Pearl was a $650 option in '02)

On my 2000 RPO code is 86U. At dealer touch-up paint is part #12371339 mfg code WA 379E.
