seat motor

hello I have a 1997 eldorado and earlyer today i was adjusting my seat and all of the sudden it stoped the passenger seat still works so i wasnt sure if a fuse has blown or the motor is done. if it is a fuse what is the abbreviation for it thanks.

Usually the power seats are protected by a circuit breaker, not a fuse. If passenger side works, circuit breaker is not the cause. More likely the switch itself or wiring to it.

actually i brought the car in it was the memory module under the seat got that replaced works just like new
