Obd I (<1995) Tuner Prom

Does anybody make an aftermarket tuner PROM for a 1995 Seville SLS (VIN Y)? I heard www.ecmprogrammer.com makes one, but they don't list the price on the web, so I'm guessing that means big $.

I got a quote back for $329. They said they could get rid of my P039 TCC/VCC code too. Has anybody heard what type of performance change this aftermarket PROM makes? Is anybody running this PROM?

Wester's isn't cheap, but he is good. He knows his stuff....

Look up his email and shoot him some, he does respond well.
