once you open firefox type in the address box about:config
then a page comes up of a bunch of stuff you can change like prefetch,
tabs, preferences, images, all sorts of things. sort of like a registry editor for firefox.
I know I like customizing my apps to their max...here is the MAX! |

just do it in a tab and then google what it does......then switch it to see if you like it better.....

I've yet to try FireFox. I've heard all the great info on but since I just surf for the purpose of surfing I haven't really needed a reason.
I've used Netscape and what was that old one? Euphora/Pandora/Europa? Haha I tried that one out. The new Netscape I find to be extremely cluttered. I love the new IE7 how much more browsing space I got.
I guess I'll try FireFox always fun to mod apps. |

Yup this used by most Linux guys, to speed Firefox up from it's default settings. |

I stopped using Firefox when IE7 came out.. Same thing.. IE7 is more stable and has been working very well for me..

There are a few plugins out there that accomplish the same thing without you wreaking havoc on all of the firefox settings.

Its all one word with no spaces in the addresss bar with now www or .com
