I just saw a funny short movie on www.bmwfilms.com. The movie is called "Beat the Devil" It does have a nice 50's era Caddy at the beginning. I always knew James Brown sold his soul!!!!

Re: Funny film wrong car

I've got the first run of the BMW short films on DVD. They used to have them on Atom films a while back I think. I got my DVD from some guy that works for them. He had a bunch of them, and he gave my friends and I a copy. I haven't watched them in a while, but they were all pretty damn cool.

Yeah, it was called "The hire". The only thing I didn't liek abotu it, was the fact that I think I had to eject, and reinsert the disc to change to the next movie, because they never got the menu to work right. All the movies kind of tie in together if I remember correctly. The idea behind them kind of reminds me of the Transporter movies. Good Stuff.

Re: Funny film wrong car

Just think, BMW was putting out films like these that we're still talking about years later while Cadillac was trying to sell cars with "The Power of &." Think we'll be talking about that in the future?

Re: Funny film wrong car

The Hire was a series of films produced by BMW to showcase their cars. Clive Owen portrays a driver for hire and each film is an adventure of sorts. Though I would not consider her a actress of any serious note; one of my favorites actually stars Madonna and was directed by her husband Guy Ritchie

The series was run I think for 2 years and you should beable to view them all at BMW's site: http://www.bmwfilms.com
