Mom went to Thailand for Christmas so my brother and I were left to fend for ourselves for Christmas dinner. Walgreens was the only store open, and their selection consisted of milk, cereal, canned soup, and this bizarre offering of DWIGHT YOAKAMS CHICKIN LICKINS PIZZA FRIES.
The box reads "My o mia that sure tastes a like a pizza!" as if country singer Dwight Yoakam has any ties to Italian food or the Mario Brothers.
Not shockingly, these were on clearance as a discontinued item, $1.59.
The list of ingredients reads like a medical dictionary. One billion calories per serving.
SACK OF FAIL!
Tastes like failure. They were spongy inside. Nothing about it tasted or looked anything like chicken, and they weren't anything like fries either.
Battered strips of low-end rib meat. |

On second thought, there were already 12 people at my house on Christmas. You would have had to eat in the garage or on the patio.

Nobody in my family's Jewish, but I do like to use Yiddish a lot. The kid's kind of a putz, but he's really good with his half brother and sister. |
