That is about what I trap with the N20, but I don't want to break my 10 bolt right now so my launches lack any sort of luster. 2.2 60 foot times suck. |

That car still uses the stock trans and rear as well as heads, cams and so forth. I believe the block internals are heavier duty than stock though. He's not the only one running 11's either, there are several 11-12 second Marks. So far he's the fastest one on the forums. A little more boost or a small shot of nitrous and its in the 10's. Way cooler than a Mustang or Fbody doing the same thing. |

Look at this This is what I like about my Mark VIII, It has the potential to be so much more then I would ever want. I don't have to swap better Transmission in it because it can handle up to 600 HP if I remember correctly. All I have in my car is a chip and it keeps me happy.
I just looked at his times, he reaches about 100 MPH when most of us over here would be hitting 60 MPH. That is CRAZY. |

All years before that were troubled and couldn't take much abuse. I dont know what year your Mark is but if its a '98 it should be good. Best part of that car is that its perfectly fine for daily use and still maintains all the luxury. I had the same supercharger on my '04 Mach 1 and you would never even know how much power it had till you got your foot in it. Other than a slight whine it was as stock except it ran 11's in the 1/4. I wonder what the Mach would have ran with 12lbs boost (had it at 8). Oh well, I'll never find out. |
