Long story short. about 3-4 month ago me and GMAC ( who i am /was leasing my 06 STS through) had few issues over payments that they tried to add on top of my regular payment. So I told them no way and will stop making payments till issue is resolved. they said, oh, we will repo your car, which I said, if you smart, you'll not do that, ( when car go to the action, they will loose more money then what we were disputing over). I also have 2 home loans from GMAC as well. so then I recieved latter saying that they shoting down my equity loan, ( which i had, but never used it anyway ). all this is really pissed me off.
so, end of last week, I got a phone call from GMAC rep in San Diego telling me that he needs to pick up the car. I said ok, but I am very busy right now, and need to take some stuff out of the car, and put it back to stock. I said I will call you mid this week, and he said fine.
Monday late night, my dog ( 100 lb doberman, and always pissed off) was jumping on the fence ( usually when someone near my house).
I go outside and see somebody running away from my car, and quikly jumping to his tow truck and took off. ( he could not take it, because my wife car was right behined). she goes to work very early, that why her car is alway behined.
I go back to my car, to see what happened, and then I noticed Club on my steering wheel. what really made me mad is is that we had verbal agreement and he tried to "F" me. so I called him back and rep said, sorry but sometimes we have to lie to people to make sure we get the car.
what he did not know is, what I do for living, and what vehicles I work on every day.
so next morning I got a phone call from him, asking me where is the car. So I had to tell him that he needs to call GMAC and tell them what you had told me last night. and BTW, ON Star is disabled.
