How do they know it was you if you were just taking a car for a test drive from the dealer? Here in Michigan, the dealer slaps a dealer plate on the back of the car (or in the rear window or on the seat next to you) and you take off. If there was a photo speed trap, it would be unlikely they could trace back to me. |

But the dealer will have you sign a form that will make you accountable for things like that. So I receive the speeding ticket... and I think that is fair. |
