How do you find this stuff?. Eat healthy man, you will regret the crap you eat now. You are fat and will only get fatter as the years go by. You dont get laid a lot (you dont have to tell anyone, we know) and you will only get laid less as your metabolism slows down and you get fatter. You NEED to hear this, its the best advice you will EVER get. Thread after thread on Baconators or pictures of greasy food you post up, it will be your demise unless you start thinking about it.

I should add that my Wife is extremely southern, and cooks nearly everything in fatback. She always drains off the bacon grease after cooking it, then adds it to the eggs, ham, bread...basically everything. Nummers.
