Cadillac Forums: Strange products from China and Japan
All over Europe you see T-shirts and apparel with meaningless American words and/or phrases.
Youve been stuck in alaska too long. All over the US, people have shirts with foreign languages on them...and more often then not, its either spelled wrong or its wrong in some context.

Apparently only the intelligent tourists come here. The stupid ones go somewhere else. Birds of a feather and so forth...
For those that haven't, try www.engrish.com lots of funny stuff. I have some Japanese injection molding machinery written in Japlish. Good thing the machines work better than the spelling/phrasing. Of course, I used to have some German machines and those manuals are in Germlish. (worse than the Japanese manuals).

If I had the means to spend a couple weeks in Japan I'd already be on the plane right now. The whole culture over there, both historic and pop are just too cool......

I used to repair printing presses in a commercial printing shop. Of course the presses were German so the manuals were in German. Luckily we had a German expatriot working there so we'd go to her for help. According to her, even in German the manuals didn't make sense. She'd literally translate and then we'd try to figure out what she'd just said.
