Re: Ferrari's SUV

I don't believe it for a moment. I read an article interviewing one of the top level executives at Ferrari, and he said that would definitely not something they wanted to branch out to, they solely make race cars.

Re: Ferrari's SUV

Well, I think Enzo Ferrari wouldn't approve this project since his passion was only with the race cars

Re: Ferrari's SUV

That is perhaps the most blasphemous thing I've ever seen. While it would be almost as moronic, it would make slightly (and I mean ever so slightly) more sense for them to release such an abomination as a Maserati. That brand has already been diluted so much over the years that something like this would barely be a blip on the radar. They already have the Crappoporte so they may as well add this to the lineup. I'm sure any dolt that would have enough money to blow on such a thing would have no problem paying a premium for it... just throw a Ferrari motor in it and one of those silly, flappy-paddle gear-boxes and "tools" would be lining up around the corner for one.

Honestly though... if you're going to plunk down a huge chunk of change on a Euro-SUV, why the hell not just a Range Rover? Then you'd be able to at least take the damn thing off-road.

Re: Ferrari's SUV

It's Ferrari's Escalade. (or insert X5, Cayenne, etc.)

It will be a volume seller that will allow them to build better cars. A necessary evil.
Unfortunately, it looks a bit too similar to the Cayenne in my opinion. More Ferrari in the exterior design please.

Speaking of ugly blasphemies, did anyone else see that BMW donked their 6 series?

Has an awesome exhaust note, but looks too much like a polar bear.
