Just wanted to say "Hi" and introduce myself. I'm Mike "Gunner" Thompson; my wife and I live between Jacksonville and St. Augustine, Floirda. I found and joined the Cadillac Forums just a few days ago while researching a replacement vehicle for my wife's '02 STS. We decided on an '08 STS with the 3.6L V6 DI in Light Platinum with the Light Gray interior. Now before ya jump on me about the V6 let me direct you to my web site
http://www.tail-gunner.net - we have 3 Corvettes, all anniversary year cars. A '78 Pace Car (25th anniversary) with 162 miles on it, still wrapped in plastic - I tell folks it still has St. Louis air in the tires
which has won pretty much everything NCRS offers, a '93 ZR-1 in 40th Anniversay trim, and an '03 Z06 in yellow. The ZR-1 and Z06 get rode hard and hung up wet; the '78 has a life of lesiure except for the shows. There's also a '64 Chevelle Malibu Convertable that's been in my family since it was new as well as a Harley, a Dooley Chevrolet 3500 to tow the 24' car hauler with and my bride's STS. I normally hang around the ZR-1 Net Registry and C5/C6 sites and found I have learned just as much from the folks posting here. I'm very impressed with both the organization and content of this place.
So I'll end by saying "Thanks!" for the help I've gotten so far and "TIA" for that help I'll need in the future.
